Vendor and Factory Selection

Vendor Evaluation: Conduct due diligence on selected vendors, assessing their production
capabilities, ethical practices, and compliance with industry standards.Sample Development: Request sample production from vendors to evaluate their workmanship, fabric quality, and adherence to the client’s specifications.
Client Onboarding and Requirement Gathering
Initial Consultation: Meet with the client to understand their needs, target market, and product requirements (styles, fabrics, quantities, deadlines).
Technical Specifications: Gather detailed technical specifications, including designs, measurements,
fabric types, colors, and trims.
Budget and Pricing Discussion: Discuss the client’s budget constraints and pricing expectations.
Cost Negotiation and Order Placement
Costing: Work with vendors to finalize pricing based on materials, labor, and other factors. Ensure pricing aligns with the client’s budget.
Order Confirmation: Once pricing and samples are approved by the client, finalize the order details,
including quantities, delivery timelines, and payment terms.Purchase Order Issuance: Issue purchase orders to the selected manufacturers with all necessary details.
Product Development and Sampling
Prototype Creation: Develop prototypes or pre-production samples to finalize the product design and ensure it meets client expectations.
Client Approval: Present samples to the client for approval or feedback.
Make any necessary adjustments based on client input.
Production Planning: Coordinate with the factory to plan the production schedule based on the approved samples.
Production Management
Material Procurement: Oversee the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
In-Line Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections during the production process to ensure
that garments are being manufactured according to specifications.
Quality Control: Implement quality control checks at various stages of production, including initial, mid-line, and final inspections before shipping
Logistics and Shipping Coordination
Shipping Arrangements: Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange the shipping of finished garments. Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin) is prepared.
Customs Clearance: Work with customs brokers to manage the import/export clearance process, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Delivery Tracking: Monitor the shipment and provide regular updates to the client on delivery status.
Final Inspection and Quality Assurance
Pre-Shipment Inspection: Conduct a final inspection of the finished products to ensure they meet the client’s quality standards.
Client Review: Share inspection reports and, if required, samples of the final product with the client for approval before shipment.
Continuous Improvement and Relationship Management
Vendor Performance Review: Regularly assess vendor performance based on quality, timeliness, and compliance. Make adjustments to the vendor list as needed. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong
relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing any ongoing needs, and offering additional services.
Market Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor fashion trends and market changes to offer clients updated products and services.
After-Sales Service and Feedback
Issue Resolution: Address any post-delivery issues, such as defects or shipping damages, and coordinate with the factory for repairs, replacements, or returns.Client Feedback: Gather feedback from the client regarding their satisfaction with the products
